Workshop Terms and Conditions

1. Rescheduling & Absences

If you are unable to attend due to illness or other reasons, please notify us by email at least 5 hours in advance to reschedule based on our available workshop timetable. All absences, including personal reasons or sick leave, are non-refundable.

2. Payment

Full payment of course fees is required before the class begins.

3. Refund & Course Exchange Policy

Once registered, fees are non-refundable. However, participants may request to exchange their registration for another course of equal value. The final decision is at the discretion of the organizer.

4. Photography & Filming

By joining the workshop, you grant the organizer permission to film and photograph the session for [specified purposes, e.g., promotional or educational use]. We will respect participants’ privacy, and any publicly used images will be blurred or anonymized unless you provide explicit consent.

5. Schedule Adjustments

The workshop schedule may be adjusted due to instructor availability or studio conditions. Participants will be notified in advance via email in case of any changes.
